9:30 AM: Depart for Jogeshwari Caves, which are located around 15 km from Mumbai city center. During the 45-minute drive, your guide will provide you with some interesting insights into the history of Mumbai and its cultural heritage.
10:15 AM: Arrive at Jogeshwari Caves and start your guided tour of the ancient rock-cut caves. The caves date back to the 6th century and are believed to have been carved out of a basaltic rock by Buddhist monks.
